🏠 Additional House Rules This is a shared home. These rules protect the safety, privacy, and comfort of all guests and occupants. By booking, guests agree to follow these rules. Violations may result in cancellation through Airbnb, removal from the property, and/or reimbursement requests through Airbnb’s Resolution Center. 🪪 Identification Requirement For building access security, the booking guest must provide a valid government-issued photo ID before check-in. The name and photo must match the Airbnb reservation and the person checking in. 🚫 No Third-Party Bookings The Airbnb account holder must stay for the entire reservation. Substitute, unidentified, or third-party guests are not permitted and may be denied entry while Airbnb is contacted. 👥 No Visitors or Unauthorized Guests No visitors, day guests, additional overnight guests, parties, or gatherings are permitted without the host’s written approval through Airbnb. Bringing an unauthorized person onto the property is a serious security violation. The unauthorized person may be required to leave immediately, and the reservation may be cancelled through Airbnb when permitted under Airbnb’s policies. Any refund will be determined by Airbnb. 🐾 No Pets / Animals No pets are allowed due to allergies and shared living conditions. Unauthorized pets or animals brought onto the property, except where protected by Airbnb policy or applicable law, will result in a $350 minimum allergen/deep-cleaning charge, plus documented costs for odor removal, urine treatment, flea treatment, damage, extra cleaning, or replacement of affected items. Service animals will be handled according to Airbnb policy and applicable law. Guests remain responsible for damage caused by an animal. 🚭 No Smoking or Vaping No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. This includes cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, vaping, hookah, incense, or any smoke/odor-producing item. Smoking/vaping violation: $500 minimum smoke remediation charge, plus documented costs for cleaning, odor removal, repainting, linen replacement, furniture replacement, or restoration company invoices. 🔇 Quiet Hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No loud music, yelling, slamming doors, disruptive noise, parties, or anything that disturbs neighbors or other occupants. Noise complaints, parties, or disruptive gatherings may result in cancellation through Airbnb and reimbursement requests for documented security, cleaning, damage, or violation-related costs. 🧼 Cleanliness Please help keep the room and all shared common areas clean and tidy. Excessive mess, stains, bodily fluids, smoke odors, or other conditions requiring cleaning beyond normal turnover may result in a reimbursement request for documented additional costs. 🧺 Damage or Missing Items Guests are responsible for the repair or replacement cost of any missing, damaged, stained, or misused items. This includes towels, linens, bedding, furniture, keys, remotes, appliances, décor, household items, and any other property provided for guest use. Charges may include the item’s replacement cost plus documented shipping, delivery, installation, service call, or labor costs required to restore the item or area. 🛋️ Furniture Do not move or rearrange furniture or large items without permission.
