While some daytime noise is natural, we strive to maintain a calm and welcoming environment. 🚗 Parking We can provide free parking; however, it is limited. Please ask about availability 🧺 Laundry We have laundry facilities. You're welcome to use them during your stay. Due to the building’s age and design, sound travels between floors and walls, so we can’t guarantee a no-noise environment during the day. 🌡️ Temperature Notice Given the house is on a central heating/air conditioning system, we cannot control the temperature for each level individually. We try to keep the temperature comfortable for all levels of the house. ⏰ Late Arrivals & Departures Be aware that we charge fees for late check in and late check out. 🔸 House Rules • No smoking anywhere on the property • No parties, events, or extra overnight guests • Quiet hours from 11 PM to 10AM • Visitors are allowed only by request • Please help keep shared spaces clean and tidy We keep things simple and respectful so everyone feels comfortable.
